We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours during business days. During weekends or holidays, it may take a bit longer. We read every message personally and try to provide thoughtful responses.
Absolutely! We love feature requests. The best way is to email us with your idea and explain why it would improve your experience. Some of our most popular features started as user suggestions. We can't implement everything, but we seriously consider all feedback.

We take ad quality seriously. If you see an inappropriate ad, please email us with a screenshot or description of the ad, the page you were on, and when you saw it. We'll investigate and block the advertiser if needed.
